SmartGrooms hires goods on the understanding that they
will be returned in an undamaged condition and the customer
will be responsible for, and indemnify SmartGrooms against,
any loss or damage to the goods, at their current selling
value, whilst they are on hire. For the avoidance of doubt,
our customer is the person who has paid for the hire of the
garments and is therefore deemed to have placed that order.
All outfits must be tried on for size within
48 hours of them being received. This will allow sufficient
time for a change of size to be supplied should you so wish.
SmartGrooms will not be responsible for any loss suffered
by a customer that could have been avoided by complying with
the above.
SmartGrooms liability in any event is
limited to the value of the cost of hire paid by the customer.
Suit covers, boxes and hangers are loaned
at no extra cost but are subject to a surcharge of £15.00
each if not returned or returned damaged. Overdue returns
will be charged at £15.00 per outfit/part outfit per
day.
All stock is hired subject to availability.
If you cancel your order, or part of your order, four weeks
or more prior to the date of your wedding, you will receive
a full refund for those cancelled items.
If a cancellation is made 14 to 27 days
prior to the wedding date a 50% refund will be given. Cancellations
less than 14 days prior to the wedding date will not be eligible
for any refund. All notices of cancellation, part or otherwise,
must be made by telephone. You will need to keep a record
of the cancellation number issued as evidence of the cancellation
being made.
