Because we subsidise carriage, we keep your costs as low as possible, only charging £5 in total to deliver your order and £5 in total to collect it. (Not per suit)
Orders are sent to you the week before your
wedding, being despatched using a guaranteed next-day delivery
service on Thursdays and delivered on Fridays between 9.00am
and 5.30pm. This means that most customers will have their
outfits at least 7 days before the big day providing considerable
peace of mind. Any mainland Britain address may be used as
long as a postcode and contact telephone number are also provided.
We will pre-arrange the collection of your outfits two days after your wedding, again between 9.00am and 5.30pm. A single different address may be used for collection provided you have notified us at least a week prior to the despatch of your order.
You must ensure that your order is sent
back to us complete with all suit covers and hangers, and
in exactly the same boxes and/or outer case in which it was
delivered, as this is the basis on which our transport charges
are made.
You can hire your suits for longer should you wish to do so, particularly popular with those who marry abroad. The extended hire period can be up to an additional 2 weeks and costs £25.00 per outfit. The dates must be agreed with us prior to placing your order, either by phone or by email. If you are considering this we recommend you contact us as early as possible, as we are unable to offer this on every order.
If, having tried your outfit, you feel that you would prefer
a different size, call us straight away. Replacements are
charged at a nominal £5.00 each.
